Although today's date is less likely the date for the birth of Jesus, from the year 570 AD, December 25th was chosen to commemorate the event. While some people express concern about this detail, by the setting aside of this date on our calendar, our concern is in the person's birthday. Our thoughts turn to the main character of Christmas – Jesus Christ. The date was chosen as answer to those who worshiped the sun god, but Jesus is the true Sun of Justice, the light that came to take man of darkness (Mal.4.2). click here to read more
